At Ziii, your satisfaction is our priority. We want you to feel confident and beautiful in every piece you order. If something isn't right, we're here to help.

Returns

• Items can be returned within 14 days of delivery.
• Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original packaging with tags attached.
• For hygiene reasons, bodysuits and intimate sets cannot be returned once tried on.

Exchanges

• We happily exchange items for a different size or style within 14 days of delivery.
• Contact us first via WhatsApp or email before sending any item back.

How to Return or Exchange

1. Contact our team via WhatsApp or email with your order number.
2. We will confirm eligibility and provide return instructions.
3. Once we receive and inspect the item, your exchange or refund will be processed within 5–7 business days.

Damaged or Wrong Items

If you received a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with a photo and we will resolve it immediately.
